Arrival at Leh. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Check in for a day of complete rest, with welcome tea and coffee served by the hotel. Later, visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and the market. Overnight stay at the hotel or guest house.

Nubra to Pangong. In the morning, visit Diskit Monastery and the grand Maitreya Buddha statue. From there, admire the panoramic views of Nubra and the confluence of the Shyok River. Then head towards Pangong Lake via the Shyok route. Pangong, the highest saltwater lake in the world, is shared by India and China. Overnight at a camp or guest house.

Monasteries and Palace Sightseeing
Today, explore the Sham Valley, Sangam (the confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers), Magnet Hill, and the Hall of Fame. Drive back to Leh for an overnight stay at the hotel or guest house.

Pangong to Leh. Travel 145km back to Leh (14,500 ft), passing through Changla Pass at 17,350 ft, the third highest motorable road in the world. Enjoy the scenic drive through diverse villages along the Indus River, with views of many beautiful monasteries and palaces. Overnight at the hotel or guest house.

Leh to Nubra. Approximately 130km. After an early breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, known to be the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 ft (5,602m), about 39 km from Leh. Enjoy the magnificent view from the pass, with vistas stretching south over the Indus Valley and north to the Saser Massif. Arrive in Hunder by the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring Hunder and Diskit Village. In Hunder, enjoy the sand dunes and camel rides. Overnight stay at a hotel, camp, or guest house.

Departure. Fly back to Delhi.
